Each reservation requires a signed contract and 50% down to book your date and time. Your reservation must include all of the time you need to set up and clean up after your event. We can’t wait to host you!
We have a max capacity of 45 guests and a firm reservation minimum of four hours.

+ What kind of event can I throw at Studio V + V?
The options are endless at Studio V + V when it comes to events. Bridal and baby showers, birthday and engagement parties, professional gatherings and workshops -- any event at Studio V + V can hold up to 30 to 45 people depending on set up. We have seen smaller events become more popular in the past year and we hope to be a destination for those smaller gatherings -- a replacement for a backyard or backroom at a restaurant. Keep in mind that your reservation time must include all of the time you need to set up and tear down your event.

Monday - Thursday Pricing

+ Are there any rules?
The following is not allowed:
• Selling alcohol (If alcohol is provided, it must be available for everyone 21+ in attendance.)
• Smoking
• Unsupervised children
• Animals
• Any DJ or outside sound system
• Confetti
• Keeping our door propped open during your reservation.
+ What do you provide for events?
We love that Studio V + V is a blank canvas. You are more than welcome to rent from any vendor - though we do have our favorites we would be happy to share with you if you are looking for a specific style.
Five 6ft plastic tables and up to 30 white resin folding chairs are provided and included in your reservation.
The Bluetooth speaker is the sole medium for sound at Studio V + V and WiFi is provided as well. While we do clean up after each event, please pick up any trash and clean any big spills before the end of your reservation. A large trash can and trash bags are provided. The studio has a private restroom in the space.
+ Is there parking?
Yes! We are conveniently located in Addison Circle with plenty of parking. We are next to a parking garage as well!

YES – For styled shoots or other collaboration ideas, please email info@studiovandv.com. We are often open to creating something fun and beautiful with other small businesses!
